Sometimes you just have to see something to believe it.  People have trouble believing that a company can sell a charcoal cooker that costs over $1000, yet have it fall to pieces before their very eyes.  People find it hard to believe that a company can charge over $1000 for a charcoal cooker and not honor the lifetime warranty.  Some people can't believe a company can take over $1000 of your money and then ignore you and even delete your messages from their company online forum when you try to get help with your piece of sh*t cooker. And most recently, some people find it hard to believe that a company could take a $1000 deposit and then not deliver their cooker and not reply to their communications.

Well, a photo is worth a thousand words (one word for each dollar you spent?) and here are the photos!  Please don't buy a cooker from Kamado and then complain that you were taken!  You were also warned!

But it is much more than just the poor quality of these krumbling kookers! You must ask yourself if you want to do business with a man like Richard Johnson. Here is a summary of the things he has done. Is this the kind of person you would trust with your money?
